While we seek to make all material free to those who want it, there are certain costs involved in our efforts to inspire people to live a more Biblically Authentic Lifestyle. This outreach is a labor a love strongly believing in the principle "freely you have received, freely give" so financial gifts are appreciated, but no pressure is applied. As money comes in, we look for ways to use it to propagate the teaching of Biblical Faith.
  • We oppose the idea of people having to pay to learn the Bible, but we appreciate your financial contributions.

Tax Exempt Status

In the IRS documentation quoted below, the term "church" - though not used by all faiths, is employed in a generic sense as a place of worship and includes; churches, mosques and synagogues.

According to the IRS, churches and religious organizations qualify for exemption from federal income tax and are generally eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions under IRC section 501(c)(3).  To qualify for this tax-exempt status the following requirements must be met:

  1. The organization must be organized and operated exclusively for religious, educational, scientific, or other charitable purposes.
  2. Net earnings may not inure to the benefit of any private individual or shareholders
  3. No substantial part of its activities may be attempting to influence legislation
  4. The organization may not intervene in political campaigns, and
  5. The organization's purposes and activities may not be illegal or violate fundamental public policy.

Churches that meet the requirements of IRC section 501(c)(3) are automatically considered tax exempt and are not required to apply for and obtain recognition of tax-exempt status from the IRS.

Roots of Faith meets the requirements listed above and therefore sees no need to apply for 501(c)(3) recognition. For further confirmation, we encourage you to visit www.irs.gov where all regulations related to tax-exemption are available for download.

We greatly appreciate all forms of support as we seek to further the vision and goals of Roots of Faith.

The Vision and Goal of Roots of Faith

I seek to provide a clarion call for Christians to re-examine their Hebraic heritage, and in so doing, to inspire a more authentically Biblical lifestyle.

My personal goal is to study, learn, practice and preach Biblical truth.

Thanks and blessings to you for your support.
